With our experience of past clients, we have learned what makes this company and this industry in general, run smoothly. We would like to ask for your participation with these few guidelines to ensure exceptional service and outstanding quality.
Guaranteed Entry Access
We would request that a key be hidden, given to us, or placed in a lockbox at your residence. This is to ensure that your cleaning crew will be able to perform your service on your regularly scheduled day.
Non-specific Arrival Times
Traffic, weather, scheduling conflicts, more or less time on a scheduled visits are just a few of the reasons why we would be unable to commit to a specific start time. By working with us, we can make sure your crew has the time needed to perform your scheduled visits with the highest quality possible.
Concerns you may have
Cleaning can be a very subjective experience for our clients. For this reason, please call our office with any concerns about your service. This will ensure that management is notified of your concern or expectations. This will give management the tools it needs to tailor our service and your crew around what you are expecting of us. We would also like to ask for a professional distance from our staff. Scheduling and other requests would be best handled by the owner.
Exceptional service guarantee
We will never claim to be perfect. We will listen to your concerns/issues and rectify any you may have immediately. We would a come out and inspect your residence as soon as the issue arises. This will ensure that our crew will be properly trained and coached in order to perform exceptional quality. We would also like to note that Mandy (Owner) performs random “surprise” inspections. We hold quality to a very high standard at Mommy's Maid Service.
Scheduling
We have optimized our scheduling to provide each client with the attention they deserve from our crews. But things do happen, so that is why we ask for a 48 hour notice for all schedule changes / cancellations. A $35.00 fee will be assessed if you need to cancel inside the 48 hour period. If you need to cancel your appointment, then our cleaners must keep the following appointment. You will also be charged the price quoted for the length of time in between cleanings. Here is an example: If a client has our service on a bi-weekly basis and cancels an appointment, then on the following appointment, they will be charged the monthly rate. This is due to the fact that your crew will need to spend more time in your home for the missed appointment.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of service. If you forget to leave the payment for the cleaners or would like to make other arrangements, please notify management and they will help with the process as best as they can. If mailing a payment, please use the address listed below.
