Today, she has taken her commitment to quality to the next level with Mommy's Maid Service. Amanda believes that a reputation as an honest and reliable business is the recipe for success. While others seek to profit by cutting corners or recommending unnecessary services to customers, Mommy's Maid Service believes that providing a high quality, consistent service will lead to greater business growth in the long run. By being trustworthy, Amanda believes that she will retain and continue to grow long term business relationships with her clients. Being a native A With Mommy's Maid Service, you will never be under a contract that commits you to a certain number of cleanings. Just give us a 2 business days notice to cancel or change your service. In most cases, we bring our own cleaning supplies! We use products and equipment which we have tested and believe to be the best in the industry. We are happy to use your supplies or a special product that you request; however, we will not be responsible for any liability that results. We offer convenient credit card payment so you never have to remember to leave a check or cash.

Payments
For your convenience, Mommy’s Maid
Service gladly accepts the following forms of payment: MasterCard/Visa, AMEX,
Discover, cash or check. Customers will need to pay for their cleaning at the
time of service. A $10.00 non-payment fee will be incurred if payment is not
made on the scheduled service day, and a $35.00 fee is applied to all returned
checks.
Refunds
Since cleaning is a very
personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However,
we want you to be 100% satisfied with Mommy’s Maid Service. Please see our 48-hour guarantee if
you are dissatisfied with your cleaning.
Cancellation
If it is necessary to
cancel/skip any scheduled cleaning day, please notify Mommy’s Maid Service 1
business days before the scheduled day. That will allow us to reassign the
service provider or team to another appointment. If Mommy’s Maid Service
receives less than 1 business days' notice, or can't access your home, it will
be necessary for us to charge a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Employees
Our employees are very
important to us, and we are very serious about keeping them safe, so they do
not use ladders or move anything heavier than 35 lbs. These types of activities
put our employees in danger of back injury or could even damage your flooring.
If you would like us to clean behind appliances like a refrigerator, oven or
sofa, please move it prior to the cleaning to allow access to the desired area.
Bleach
We will not bring bleach
into a home to use as a cleaning product. If you request us to use bleach
supplied in your home, please be aware that we will not be responsible for any
damage caused by your bleach.
